Dichroic Koi 🎏

Koi fish designed with interlocking scales which were inspired by the paper lantern designs of Yuumei.

Each fish is 4 feet long and constructed from a dichroic plastic that reflects a range of wavelengths of light when viewed from different angles. This creates a shimmery iridescent effect. Scales, fins and head fold flat for packing.

This pair of koi were designed for the Priceless festival in 2018.
